Around The world in 80 days with Flight Design CT

Wg Cdr Rahul Monga - one of the most known Indian pilots in the world. The Indian Airforce did celebrate their 75th anniversary with a flight around the world with a Light Sport Aircraft on Indian Airforce Register. To make this journey the Indian Airforce selected a serial production CT aircraft from German manufacturer Flight Design. China Postage Stamp Features Flight Design CTLS

Aviation in China and India is overwhelmingly military or commercial. But a new postage stamp series promoting the China International General Aviation Convention (CIGAC) puts the light on personal aviation. The series features images of aircraft from Cirrus, Diamond, and Cessna. They also include Flight Design and a postcard further highlights the top-of-the-line CTLS model from Flight Design. FD Weekend Training Course at Flight Design Technik

 Composite repair exercise New CT pilots and owners finished a two days technical training course “My new CT” of Flight Design in order to familiarize with the basic technical knowledge about their airplanes. Theoretical and practical acquirements about assembling, defect detection and correction of gear, brake and avionics as well as introduction of a 100 hours check of Rotax 912 and basic skills about composite repairs have been imparted. All participants have been highly pleased with this action.
