Elmo, the Flight Design Partner in South Africa has received his first two airplane in January 2005. Together with Alexander Reint from Flight Design, Elmo has assembled, checked and test flown the two planes. All activities have been already surveyed by interested customers and Elmo is doing a demonstration tour through South Africa in January. Please contact Elmo at firstname.lastname@example.org
On the highly developed aerodynamics of the CT, the flap and aileron brackets have always been an obstacles. The new aluminium brackets fit perfect in the air stream and are a point more to perfection
The CT is now available with a limited choice of TruTrak none certified autopilots. This autopilots have proven as simple to use, affordable in price and reliable in use. Who will choose a artificial horizon if he can have a “pictorial pilot” for the same price?
From early summer 2005 we expect to have the CT on floats. More information will come up in early March.
Since October 2003, Canadian customers can test the CT2K, certified in Canada to MTOW of 560 kg, at Skyride Aviation in Invermere.
Due to the new Sport Pilot regulation, the CT is now also available with night flight equipment. The tests have proven that it is functioning very well.
